John Reid

John Reid has held significant management roles within the logistics sector, currently serving as Branch Manager for CEVA Logistics since April 2015, overseeing operations in Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, East London, and the surrounding areas, as well as the Reefer product for the South African and Zambezi regions. Prior to this, John served as Implementation Manager at DHL Global Forwarding for a contract role focused on Johnson Controls' operations in South Africa and was involved in business development at JAS Forwarding Worldwide. Additionally, from June 1997 to September 2013, John worked at A.P. Moller - Maersk Group, progressing from Branch Manager in Port Elizabeth to Eastern Cape Regional Manager and Cross Border Country Manager, overseeing multiple branches. John holds a B.Tech in Marketing and Sales Management from Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University and Port Elizabeth Technicon, with education completed between 1982 and 1985.
