Mesambe Masango

Mesambe Masango has extensive experience in human resources and operations management across various industries. At CEVA Logistics, Mesambe served as the Human Resource Information System, NORTAM Director and Contingent Workforce Program Manager, focusing on strategic workforce planning from July 2016 to October 2021. Prior experience includes roles at Baker Hughes from November 2012 to February 2015, where responsibilities ranged from Delivery Manager overseeing recruitment strategies to HRSC Employment Services Supervisor. Earlier roles at KBR, Inc. involved operations management and human resources, while initial experience at American Express included coordinating corporate travel services. Mesambe holds an M.B.A. in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Houston-Downtown.
