Raphael Lim

Raphael Lim is currently the Global Key Account Management Head for the Industrial & Aerospace sectors at CEVA Logistics, where they focus on building strong partnerships and navigating supply chain challenges. Raphael previously held various roles at DHL, including Regional Customer Director for the Technology sector in APAC and Country Global Account Manager in the Hi-Tech industry. They began their career as an E-Commerce Executive in customer service and worked their way up through sales and account management positions. Raphael holds a Bachelor of Computing in Information Systems & Business from the National University of Singapore, along with additional qualifications in logistics and supply chain management.
