Ron Schafer

Ron Schafer is an experienced Logistics and Supply Chain Management professional with a career spanning over 40 years. They served 14 years in the U.S. Air Force, specializing in Aerial Port Logistics Operations, and played a key role during Desert Storm. After transitioning to civil service, Schafer worked at Americold Logistics for 13 years, focusing on warehouse management and safety operations. Currently, they are the FM Station Manager at CEVA Logistics, leading multiple facilities and operations while also being a recognized leader in LEAN practices. Additionally, they are a 32nd Degree Mason and active member of Boone Lodge #9 and Calvin W. Prather Commandry #62.
