Iris Rowand has a long and varied work experience. In 1982, they began their career with the USAF Retired as a Chief Master Sergeant. In 2010, they joined CEXEC, Inc. as an Insider Threat Protection Senior Official, Senior Analyst, Facility Security Officer, and Program Manager. In 2013, they became the Treasurer for the Junior League of Annapolis, Inc. and in 2018, they took on the same role for Impact 100 of the Greater Chesapeake, Inc.
Iris Rowand earned a Bachelor of Science in Law and Public Policy from the University of Maryland in 1998. Iris then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2001.
