Stephen Feest

Stephen Feest is an experienced engineering professional, currently serving as Engineering Manager for Framework, Mobile, and Operations at Cezanne HR since January 2023. Previously a Technical Lead at FutureLearn from January 2016 to January 2023, Stephen line-managed software engineers, promoted high-quality engineering practices, provided technical guidance, and facilitated collaboration within product teams. Notable achievements include fostering a positive work environment, establishing strong relationships with partner organizations, and contributing to the development of the Customer Success discipline. Stephen's earlier career at Cezanne HR included roles as Technical Architect and Software Engineer, focusing on major R&D projects and web/mobile application architecture. Stephen holds a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Warwick and has additional educational experiences at Université Paris Cité and Warwick Institute of Education.
