The company has its headquarters in Ramallah, West Bank, and has a branch office in Gaza.

Consumer/OTC Division:
Distributing Jamieson Vitamins, Padagis, Prestige Brands, 3M, Avene, Kessel, Padagis in addition to SKY Health, a private label brand.

Hospital Division (Medical Equipment & Disposables)
Distributing medical products for Medtronic, Boston Scientific, Shimadzu, FujiFilm, Neusoft Medical, 3M, BD, Intersurgical, Gimmi.
