Sanjay Kumar

Sanjay Kumar is an experienced HR and Administration professional currently serving as the Assistant Manager for Global HR & Admin at CF Global since September 2025. Prior to this role, Sanjay held the position of HRBP-Corporate at Asian Paints from November 2019 to August 2025, where key responsibilities included recruitment, employee on-boarding and exit processes, policy formulation, payroll management, and compliance assurance. Sanjay holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Dhaka and has a Post Graduate Diploma in HRM from the Bangladesh Institute of Management, along with degrees in English Language and Literature from Rajshahi University.
