Tim Dewitte

Tim DeWitte, MBA, PE has extensive work experience in the chemical industry, specifically in operations and distribution facilities. Tim has held various roles at CF Industries, starting as an Engineering Technician II and progressing to positions such as Senior Project Engineer, Manager of Project Engineering, and ultimately Director of Operations, Distribution Facilities. In these roles, Tim has been responsible for ensuring safe and efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of hazardous chemicals, overseeing project management and engineering activities, and managing operations at multiple facilities. Tim has also managed employee relations, implemented safety practices, and ensured compliance with corporate and regulatory standards. Prior to their time at CF Industries, Tim worked at Metcalf and Eddy as a Project Engineer and Senior Engineer, gaining experience in design services, water/wastewater, and hazardous waste management.

Tim DeWitte has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of South Dakota and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology. Tim has also obtained additional certifications in topics such as productive one-on-one meetings, decision-making biases, and continuous improvement.
