CF® Service is an Italian company specialized in the design, manufacturing and supply of gaskets and sealing solutions for industries focused on technical approach and fugitive emissions reduction. CF® Service started operations manufacturing and supplying gaskets for refineries, chemical and petrochemical plants in Porto Marghera (Venice, Italy). In over 30 years, CF® Service has developed into an international company with headquarters in Venice, Italy and subsidiaries in Ploiesti, Romania (CFRO Service) and in Istanbul, Turkey (CF Servis Conta Metal).

We are official distributors for SGL Carbon Group products.

Our highly specialized staff works with the aim of providing fast and efficient technical support to both standard and customized requests . Our service team is available 24/365, with an average response time to service calls of 5 hours. CF® Service invests in R&D focusing on the ongoing improvement of products to be able to meet the needs of demanding customers in challenging international markets.

Our company has two main divisions:

CF® GER: providing monitoring and consultancy for fugitive emissions reduction. CF® GER is the smartest and most cost-effective approach providing the IPPC Study (Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control Study), based on the BAT (Best Available Technique) to be implemented in the industrial plant.

CF® R-ADVISORS: providing calculation methods for flange connections according to the EN1591 and ASME Section VIII div.1 app.2 European regulation standards (Flanges and their joints – Design rules for gasketed circular flange connections). CF® R-ADVISORS deals with the selection of criteria for sealing plant components: static couplings, flange systems, valves, pumps, compressors, turbines, vessels and heat exchangers.
