Will Faison, CFA, has extensive experience in government bond trading, currently holding the position of Director and US Government Bond Trader at Bank of America Merrill Lynch since December 2016. Previously, Will served as a UST Government Bond Trader at Jefferies and gained experience in EMEA Rates Trading at Nomura from 2008 to 2014. Will's career began at Lehman Brothers, where responsibilities included trading US government bonds, TIPS, and STRIPS from 2005 to 2008. Will Faison has been a CFA charterholder since 2018 and holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Mathematics from Williams College, completed in 2005. Education was initiated at Salisbury School, culminating in high school graduation in 2001.
