Brad Ringwald

Brad Ringwald is the current President at CFBank. Prior to joining CFBank, Brad served as the Director at Brady Ware Capital from June 2019 to November 2020, where they provided merger & acquisition related advisory services, debt placements, financial and operational turnarounds, and restructurings. From January 2006 to December 2018, Brad was the President of Commercial Banking at First Financial Bank, where they served as a key member of the bank's executive leadership team and led the Commercial Banking line of business across the bank's footprint of Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky. This included all commercial middle market banking activities, treasury management, and specialty lending areas of asset based lending, cash flow lending, and equipment finance. Prior to First Financial Bank, Brad served as the Vice President of the Special Assets Division at National City Bank from January 2001 to December 2006 and as the Assistant Vice President of the Structured Capital Division at US Bank from January 1999 to December 2001. Brad began their career in banking as an Asset Based Lending Senior Auditor at Huntington National Bank from January 1996 to December 1999.

Brad Ringwald received their Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Miami University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
