Tim O’Dell

Tim O’dell is currently the President and CEO of CFBank. Prior to this, they were the Founder & Managing Principal of Chetwood Group LLC from January 2004 to August 2012. Chetwood Group LLC is a strategic business advisory firm that specializes in serving privately held businesses. Some of the key areas of Tim’s business expertise include growth strategies and value creation, performance improvement, mergers and acquisitions, banking relationships and capital funding, business turnaround, regulatory and corporate governance, and credit/risk management.

Before Chetwood Group LLC, Tim was with Fifth Third Bancorp from January 1981 to December 2003 where they served as the President & CEO of Fifth Third Bank of Central Ohio and as an Executive Vice President and Senior Lending Officer in the Commercial/Business Banking Division, Residential Mortgage, Commercial Real Estate, Consumer Lending, Corporate Finance, International Banking Departments of Fifth Third Bank of Central Ohio.

Tim O'dell has a BBA in Finance & Economics from Marshall University and is currently pursuing an MBA at Xavier University.
