Angus Marshall is the Head of Transaction Liability at CFC Underwriting Ltd. Angus has over eight years of experience in the field and has worked for both CFC Underwriting and AIG.

Angus began their career at AIG, where they spent six years and eight months as the Head of M&A | UK and London Market. In this role, Angus was responsible for managing the UK M&A business, with a focus on warranty and indemnity insurance, contingent risk, and litigation buy-out products. Angus also oversaw AIG's Emerging Markets transactional risk insurance business, which included Africa, Central & Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Israel, India, and Russia.

In 2016, Angus moved to CFC Underwriting Ltd., where they have served as the Head of Transaction Liability for the past two years and 10 months. In this role, Angus is responsible for managing the company's transaction liability risks and providing guidance to clients on how to best protect themselves. Angus is also a Global Practice Leader for Transaction Liability at CFC Underwriting.

Angus has a law degree from Norton Rose Australia and is a member of the Australian Lawyers Alliance.

Angus Marshall has a Master of Laws from the University of Cambridge, a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney, and a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from the Australian National University. Angus also has a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the Australian National University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne. Angus attended Scotch College for their education.
