Jake Janes

Jake Janes is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in underwriting and leadership roles. Currently serving as Practice Leader and Team Leader for UK & International at CFC since November 2018, Jake has progressed through various underwriting positions within the company, including Senior Underwriter, Underwriter, and Assistant Underwriter. Prior to CFC, Jake was an Underwriting Assistant at Chaucer Syndicates from March 2016 to November 2018, and held a similar role at Inter Hannover from March 2015 to March 2016. Jake began a career in insurance as a Commercial Insurance Graduate at Allianz Insurance, where responsibilities included working as an Assistant Underwriter. Academic credentials include a Master of Laws in Commercial Law from the University of Bristol and a Bachelor of Laws from King's College London.
