Caroline Blot

Caroline Blot is an experienced professional with a focus on international trade union coordination. Since September 2014, Caroline has served as the International Secretary at CFDT, responsible for managing union relations at European and international levels, supporting members of European Works Councils, and providing training for FGMM European Works Council members. Prior to this role, Caroline worked as an Export Sales Assistant at Exxelia Group and held sales assistant positions at Daimler and DIETSWELL. Caroline's education includes a BTS in Tourism and Leisure from Lycée Clovis Hugues Aix en Provence, and additional language studies in Spanish and Italian at Berlitz. Caroline is currently pursuing further education at the Institut national du service public, expected to complete in November 2023.
