André Thomas serves as the Secrétaire National confédéral for CFE-CGC, where they work to develop a doctrine for 21st-century public services amidst ongoing challenges to the public interest. With a diverse background ranging from manual labor to active union engagement, André returned to their studies in business management, earning various qualifications, including a BTS in gestion. Since joining CFE-CGC in 1998, they have promoted innovative and autonomous social dialogue, achieving significant progress in representation within the organization, especially in their work with Afpa. Currently, André continues their education at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers in several managerial fields.
