John Deceuster

John Deceuster has a solid work experience in the engineering and geotechnical field. John worked at CFE as a Geotechnical Engineer, where they conducted environmental and geotechnical studies for construction projects in Belgium and abroad. John also managed environmental projects within the company, dealing with soil and groundwater pollution and developing risk management methodologies for contaminated sites. John later joined Ecoterres S.A. as a Design Manager, where they worked part-time on a canal restoration project in France. Prior to that, they worked as a Research Associate at UMONS, where they focused on risk management and monitoring of remediation actions. John also completed a PhD in Geology and Applied Geology at Faculté Polytechnique de Mons - UMONS, where they worked on the characterization and remediation of contaminated sites.

John Deceuster obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Applied Geophysics from UMONS in 2008. John also completed a degree in Mining Engineering from Faculté Polytechnique de Mons from 1997 to 2002. In 2009 to 2010, they attended Université libre de Bruxelles, but no specific degree or field of study was mentioned. In addition, they obtained a certification in VCA pour cadres opérationnels in June 2014.
