Ross O'Neill is currently the Group IT Manager at CField Construction, where they manage IT operations and address staff technical issues. Ross began their academic journey with a focus on creating video games but later shifted to economics, earning a degree in Economics & Computer Science from University College Cork. They further expanded their expertise with a Master’s in International Business, culminating in a thesis on inter-generational workforce impacts on HR planning. Prior to their current role, Ross gained diverse experience as a Recruitment Consultant at Ward Personnel and an IT Administrator at various organizations.
