Sven Boon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product development and innovation, particularly in the flooring industry. Currently serving as the MD of IP & Innovation at CFL Flooring since August 2015, Sven oversees IP management, research and development, quality assurance, and lab management. Previous roles include Director of Product Development, Head of Product Management, and Product Manager, all focused on supply chain and category management in flooring. Sven's earlier experience includes a position as Purchaser for Sonepar Belgium and as Attaché at the FPS Foreign Affairs of Belgium. Sven holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property Law and Management from the University of Strasbourg, along with advanced executive education from Wharton School.
