Tom van Poyer

Tom Van Poyer has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Tom started their career at Bombardier in 2003, where they worked as an HR consulting assignment. Tom then joined A.P. Moller Maersk as a management trainee. In 2004, Tom worked at Lodestone Management Consultants as a management consultant, specializing in supply chain management and ERP consulting. Tom later joined Chinafloors in 2005 as a sales manager for Europe and Asia. In 2007, they became the Sales Director of the China Office at Chinafloors before eventually moving on to CFL (creative flooring solutions) in 2009. At CFL, they held positions as the Sales and Marketing Director/Vice General Manager and later became the CEO.

Tom Van Poyer's education history includes a Master's degree in Law from KU Leuven, a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from EDHEC Business School, and certifications in Organizational Leadership and Finance from INSEAD. Tom also completed a Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) program from Apics. Additionally, they have taken courses in Intercultural Behaviour/Management from Copenhagen Business School, EDHEC, ICHEC, and CIMIC. Tom has also received in-house training in Variant Configurator and other areas from SAP.
