Leonard Brock

Leonard Brock, Ed.D., MPA, is a philanthropic executive, entrepreneur, and professor with a robust background in public administration, business administration, and not-for-profit management. They have held significant roles, including Director of the Rochester-Monroe Anti-Poverty Initiative and Executive Director for ROC the Future, where they led community strategies to improve the quality of life for vulnerable populations. Currently, they serve as the Vice President for Learning and Impact at CFLeads and as an adjunct associate professor at the University of Rochester. Leonard is also the founder and president of COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT OPPORTUNITIES, LLC, focusing on strategic community initiatives. Their educational credentials include a Doctorate in Executive Leadership and certifications in Leadership Coaching and Philanthropic Leadership.
