Ginna Claussen

Ginna Claussen has over 30 years of experience in various roles in human resources. Ginna is currently the Director of Human Resources Services at CFO Systems, LLC, where they provide financial and HR leadership on a fractional basis. Prior to this, they worked at Union Bank & Trust for eight years as a Human Resources Compensation Officer, where they administered and maintained a competitive compensation program. Ginna also worked at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and Great Western Bank as a People and Culture Officer, overseeing the transition of employees from TierOne Bank to Great Western Bank. Ginna'scareer began at TierOne Bank, where they held various HR positions, including First Vice President Employment Manager. Ginna conducted training, managed recruitment and selection processes, and supervised the HR department.

Ginna Claussen holds a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Ginna has also obtained a certification in Public Speaking from Toastmasters International, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification is unknown.
