Mark Nelson has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Mark then became the Owner and Chief Financial Officer of SPI Janitorial in 2005. Mark built the nationwide janitorial service provider into a thriving business with annual revenues exceeding $1.2 million. Mark was responsible for all finance and accounting infrastructure, client and employee relationship management, regulatory filings, and daily administration of business applications.

From 2008 to 2009, Mark worked as a Senior Manager at Peterson Sullivan LLP. Mark managed a client base consisting of small publicly traded entities and privately held businesses in various industries. Mark administered audit and consulting projects, including Sarbanes Oxley projects.

Since 2009, Mark has been working at CFO Systems LLC as a Director. The company provides fractional finance and HR leadership on a contract basis to clients throughout the nation. Mark's role includes implementing targeted solutions for each client's specific needs.
