CFP Composites is an advanced materials technology company developing and manufacturing patented ultra-lightweight, fire and blast proof carbon fibre composite solutions that address critical safety, regulatory and engineering challenges across electric vehicles (EVs), battery energy storage systems (BESS), aerospace, defence, rail, marine and industrial applications.

Our proprietary materials combine exceptional fire and blast protection, structural integrity, electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding and chemical resistance within a single multifunctional lightweight solution. Capable of withstanding temperatures of up to 2,000°C while maintaining performance at thicknesses as low as 1mm.

As battery technologies evolve and regulatory standards continue to tighten, CFP provides OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers with next-generation fire & blast protection solutions that deliver superior fire performance, reduced weight, and greater design flexibility than conventional alternatives. Supported by a growing international patent portfolio and strategic corporate partnerships across the global supply chain, the company is positioned to support the next generation of electrified and transportation platforms worldwide.

Sustainability is central to CFP’s approach. Our low-energy manufacturing process produces no material waste and supports circular economy principles, delivering what we believe is the industry’s only truly circular and sustainable fireproofing solution. By combining advanced materials science with scalable manufacturing and environmental responsibility, CFP is helping enable safer, lighter and more sustainable technologies for the future.
