Develop and implement facility environmental management systems (EMS) and conduct comprehensive audits to ensure regulatory compliance. Conceive and maintain air pollution emission inventories for facilities in various industries. Complete air quality permit applications in numerous states including air toxics dispersion modeling and air pollution control cost estimates (BACT). Completed Phase I environmental site assessments (ESAs) for real property transactions. Provide agency liaison and technical support for air quality enforcement actions. Create stormwater pollution prevention plans for facilities in several states. Prepare POTW discharge applications and acquire associated permits. Develop and implement employee safety programs and provide associated training. Prepare USDOT/USEPA OPA 90 Facility Response Plan (FRP) for marine terminal/petroleum pipeline facilities. Develop and implement Process Safety Management (PSM) compliance programs and provide associated training.
