Established RIAs looking for a strategic partner
Independent Broker-Dealers looking for customizable portfolios
Breakaway advisors seeking independence
Advisors seeking an exit on their terms

CGAN was born from the pursuit of true independence, founded in 2005 by financial advisors working in captive mega-firm models. Taking stock of the wealth management space, CGAN founders realized that, just like they were, many advisors were looking to run their practices independently, but needed the platform and back-office support that would enable them to hang their own shingle.

Since CGAN’s inception, our experienced professionals have worked relentlessly to support our network of 74 independent advisors managing more than $3 billion in AUM.
