Mike Parish

Mike Parish serves as the Vice President of Customer Experience at CG Infinity since April 2022, focusing on enhancing customer access to company products without relying on Human Resources. Prior to this role, Mike held various leadership positions at Brinks Home from February 2015 to April 2022, including Director of AI, Machine Learning & Automation, and Director of CX Design & Application Development. While at Brinks Home, responsibilities included leading an innovation team, implementing customer experience strategies, and managing digital service operations. Mike’s earlier experience includes roles at PFSweb and Wingspan Portfolio Advisors, where quality assurance and process improvement were emphasized. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of North Texas, obtained between 2007 and 2009.
