We are an engineering company originating from the Technische Universität Dresden, specializing in fiber-reinforced lightweight structures for highly loaded applications across various industries, such as rail vehicle engineering.

We solve complex engineering challenges where weight, stiffness, and reliability are critical - combining material characterization, CAD design, finite element analysis (FEA), experimental validation, and composite process development within an integrated engineering workflow.

A key milestone is the development of the world’s first metro system in carbon-intensive lightweight construction (CETROVO), achieved in collaboration with our partners and presented at InnoTrans in 2018.

Our in-house infrastructure includes mechanical materials testing (Zwick Z250), precision specimen preparation using a DATRON M75 milling system, and a dedicated pultrusion line (10 tons pulling force) for research-driven development of fiber-reinforced composite profiles.

We do not see ourselves as a standard engineering service provider, but as a development partner for innovative lightweight structures - from the initial idea to the validated solution.
