Claudia McKay is an experienced professional with a strong background in financial sector development and management. Currently serving as the Lead for Green and Resilient Outcomes and Digital Rails at CGAP since October 2009, Claudia has held various leadership positions focusing on innovative financial solutions. Previously, at Opportunity International, Claudia worked as Director of Product Development, emphasizing rural and agriculture finance, and served as Head of Microfinance Banking and Head of Human Resources and Administration, where strategic planning and team development were key responsibilities. Claudia's early career included a role as International Partnerships Manager at Opportunity International UK and as an Associate Consultant at Boston Consulting Group, providing strategic business insights to major corporations.
