Maha Bahou

Maha Bahou is the CEO of Jordan Payments & Clearing Company (JoPACC) since June 2018, bringing extensive experience in finance and management. Concurrently, Maha serves as a board member for CGAP and Karandaaz Pakistan, both since June 2017. Prior to the current role, Maha was the Executive Director at the Central Bank of Jordan from October 1987 to June 2018 and has also held the position of University Lecturer at the University of Jordan from June 2009 to March 2013, along with serving as a Senior Management Consultant at Philadelphia Consulting during the same period. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree and a Master's degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Jordan, as well as studies in Financial Inclusion from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, and training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
