Shruti Goel

Shruti Goel is the Co-CEO of Upaya Social Ventures, where they lead efforts to combat poverty through impactful market-based solutions that create dignified job opportunities. They previously served as a Director of Impact and Partnerships at Upaya and as a Regional Manager at Intellecap. With a strong commitment to social performance and evidence-building, Shruti is also an Advisory Council Member for CGAP's ABERA program and a Board Member at Collectives for Integrated Livelihood Initiatives. Shruti holds a Master of Arts in Social Work from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a certification in Innovative Finance from the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
