Ivan Ramil is a Partner and Country Head for Mexico, having held various leadership roles within Compass Group since 2021. Previously, Ivan served as the Head of International Strategy at Compass Group Asset Management from 2011 to 2014, and held positions in sales and strategy at Motion International Corporation and Ixe Grupo Financiero between 2003 and 2011. Ivan earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations with a focus on International Economics from Universidad Iberoamericana in 2008 and an MBA in Asset Management from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business in 2015.
