The Group is a diversified business alliance built around international trade, industrial cooperation, and government-supported development initiatives. At the core of our structure is Foshan Shengxin International Trading Co., Ltd., a state-controlled enterprise jointly founded by Foshan Industry and Trade Group (the second-largest state-owned enterprise under Foshan SASAC supervision) and Guangdong Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd.

Our Group integrates multiple business lines, including automobile export (new and used vehicles), spare parts, international logistics, non-ferrous metals, photovoltaic products, and large-scale commodities, supported by subsidiaries such as Foshan Junxin New Energy Automobile Trading Co., Ltd. and Green Energy Technology (新能绿洲).

We operate under a hybrid structure that combines market agility with the strategic strength of state-owned capital, allowing us to implement large-scale projects across Europe, the Middle East, and Central Asia. Through the development of overseas warehouses, logistics hubs, and direct partnerships with automotive OEMs (e.g., Zeekr, Lixiang, GAC), we have become a recognized player in China’s Belt and Road Initiative and key contributor to Foshan’s auto export industry, accounting for 80% of the city’s used car export volume in 2024.
