Erin Bratcher currently serves as the Director of Strength and Conditioning at Cardinal Gibbons High School, overseeing strength and conditioning programs for over 50 teams and 900 athletes since February 2022. Erin also operates EB Athletics, LLC, providing training for teams and individuals in Raleigh since April 2020. As the Head Strength Coach at Meredith College, Erin has been responsible for all team sports since August 2018. Previous experience includes personal training at Brown Strength & Conditioning and a professional athletic career in Germany, where Erin led the Bundesliga in steals and was third in scoring, culminating in a retired jersey at TSV Krofdorf-Glieberg. A former scholarship athlete and team captain at Charleston Southern University, Erin earned a Master of Science in Applied Exercise Science from Concordia University Chicago and holds a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Charleston Southern University.
