Leigh McGill, MPH, currently serves as the Assistant Women's Soccer Coach at Cardinal Gibbons High School, where recognition includes being named CAP 6 Assistant Coach of the Year for 2022, 2023, and 2024, alongside contributing to the team's success as 2022 NCHSAA 4A State Champions. Previously, Leigh worked as a Public Health Analyst at RTI International, managing complex federal public health projects and overseeing the development of IRB/OMB packages. Additional experience includes a role as a Graduate Research Assistant at the UNC Injury Research Prevention Center, where training and communications materials were developed, and as a Research Assistant at the UNC Institute for Trauma Recovery, coordinating a nationwide trauma study.
