Aditi Karnik is a process improvement and cost reduction leader with over 15 years of experience, specializing in transforming Fortune 500 organizations. Currently serving as a Director of Business Consulting at CGI, Aditi previously held senior roles at Capital One and Ernst & Young, where they developed strategic roadmaps and improved operational efficiencies. With a BBA in Finance and Management from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame, Aditi is passionate about enabling teams to focus on value-added tasks. Outside of work, they enjoy reformulating classic recipes into healthier versions.
