Alexandra Viadé

Alexandra Viadé is a seasoned professional specializing in organizational psychology and employee well-being, currently serving as a Psychologue du travail and Consultante Santé, Handicap et Maintien dans l’emploi at CGI since January 2015. In this role, Alexandra ensures quality employee experiences, offers support to individuals with disabilities, and leads initiatives related to neurodiversity. Alexandra also has substantial experience in recruitment, having managed CGI Lille's recruitment service, and has conducted coaching and training sessions while promoting health and well-being in the workplace. Prior to CGI, Alexandra held roles at Logica and RH7 Conseil, focusing on IT recruitment and professional development, respectively, and holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from the Université catholique de Lille.
