Amen KLU possesses extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, having worked with prominent companies such as Adecco Group, Umanis, CGI, and others. Starting as an Assistant recrutement at Adecco Group in 2008, responsibilities included administrative management and staff oversight. Throughout a tenure at Umanis from 2010 to 2015, key roles included Consultant Ressources Humaines and Responsable Ressources Humaines, with a focus on recruitment, performance management, and talent development in the Grand Ouest region of France. Subsequent positions included Chargé de mission RH at Centre financier de la banque postale, Chargé de recrutement at Astek, and a current role as Human Resources Business Partner at CGI, emphasizing the implementation of HR policies, talent management, and compliance with social legislation. Amen KLU holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from IAE Bordeaux.
