Amy Biernat

Amy Biernat is the Director of Digital Workplace Support at CGI, where they focus on fostering strong relationships and supporting clients through industry best practices. They are passionate about Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainability, and promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, particularly in IT careers for women. With a history of roles including Trainer at Rogers Communications and expertise in Workforce and Performance Management, Amy ensures that their teams excel in Training, Development, and Quality Coaching. They also coordinate Fun@Work initiatives and various DEI and CSR activities at CGI locations in Quebec. Amy holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics & History from Concordia University, along with additional certifications in Teaching and Human Resources Management.
