Andreas Weick is currently the Director of Consulting AI & Automation at CGI, where they lead initiatives that integrate Conversational AI and Agentic AI into customer service processes. Previously, they served as a Principal Consultant at Steria Mummert Consulting AG from 2006 to 2017 and as the Deputy IT Manager at BAUHAUS Deutschland from 2001 to 2006. Andreas is pursuing a degree in Information and Communication Management from Wilhelm Büchner Hochschule, building on their extensive experience in information technology and automation.
