Andreia Maritan

Andreia Maritan has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at CGI en France since September 2015, and as a Senior Human Resources Officer at Assystem since October 2008. At Assystem, Andreia Maritan has been responsible for deploying HR policies for the Life Sciences Business Unit, providing support and advice to operational managers, managing disciplinary procedures, and participating in restructuring projects. Previous roles include Head of Human Resources Development at ASSYSTEM Romania, where responsibilities encompassed training plan construction and key personnel retention projects, and Assistant Project Director at Mr. Bricolage Romania, focused on recruitment and market studies for the opening of the first store in Romania. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Institut de Gestion Sociale - IGS Paris and a DESS in Industrial Risk Management from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III).
