Andrew Bridges

Andrew Bridges has extensive experience in reward management, having held key positions such as Senior Reward Manager at Centrica from 2003 to 2009 and Senior Manager, Reward at John Lewis Partnership from 2011 to 2015. They also served as Reward Manager at Waitrose and have been the Director of Total Compensation at CGI since 2020. Andrew’s early career included roles in customer services and sales at British Gas.
