Ann De Bourbon Ponce de Leon is the General Counsel Europe at CGI, having also held the roles of General Counsel Nordics and General Counsel Europe (excluding the UK). Previously, they served as the Managing Partner and Founder of L E G A L H E L P from 2010 to 2012 and as Legal Counsel at Apoteket AB from 2002 to 2010. Ann's legal career began with positions as Chief Legal Counsel at room33 AB and as a Tax Lawyer at SEB AB. They earned a Master of Laws degree from Stockholms universitet in 1999 and a baccalaureate in Finance from Tibble gymnasium in 1993.
