Ari Heinio

Ari Heinio is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in architecture and technology leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Service Architect at CGI since December 2021, Ari is responsible for architecting and onboarding customer IT environments to CGI services. Previously, Ari held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Hitachi Vantara from November 2008 to April 2021, contributing to the integration of subsidiaries within Hitachi Corporation and designing new solutions in collaboration with partners and customers. Earlier roles include Manager of Technology & Architecture at Capgemini, Product Manager and Technical Advisor at Microsoft, and System Specialist at STS Bank, where significant contributions were made to IT infrastructure and early networking in Finland. Ari holds a degree in Information Technology from ATK-Instituutti and completed secondary education at Karkkilan Lukio.
