Ariane D. Gingras, CRHA, is a human resources business partner at CGI, where they have been since 2025. Ariane holds a Bachelor’s degree in Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from TÉLUQ and has diverse experience in recruitment across multiple sectors, including engineering and IT. Previously, Ariane excelled in various roles in the hospitality industry, honing a client-focused approach while managing teams and optimizing operations. In addition, they have been an active member of the #TRUQuébec organizing committee, fostering connections among HR professionals in a collaborative environment.
