Ashley Brown is a Design Consultant at CGI since July 2025, previously holding several roles at Sparck from November 2021 to September 2025, including Senior Product Designer and Squad Leader, where Ashley emphasized empathetic leadership and team wellbeing. With a focus on user-centered, data-informed design processes in agile environments, Ashley contributed to enhancing digital experiences across sectors as a Product Designer. Additionally, Ashley served as a Community Lead, fostering an inclusive culture. Earlier experience includes roles at HERO® as a Product Design Intern and YSYS as a Digital Product Design Student. Ashley began a career at Waitrose & Partners as a Supermarket Assistant, gaining key customer service insights, and also interned at Bearded Kitten, acquiring valuable event production skills. Ashley holds a degree in Drama, Theatre, and Performance from the University of Sussex.
