Bala Eswar N

Bala Eswar N is a Property and Casualty Insurance Consultant and SAFe Scrum Master with extensive experience in implementing insurance solutions across various technology platforms. From 2004 to 2007, they worked as a Claims Executive at Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited, successfully managing claims and providing customer recommendations for loss control. Bala held the position of Associate Test Lead at Maveric Systems Limited from 2008 to 2011, where they guided test teams and conducted functional reviews. Currently, they serve as a Manager Consulting at CGI, actively supporting business teams and clients in project implementation and management. Bala holds a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Bharathiar University and a Post Graduate Program in Business Analytics from Great Lakes Institute of Management.
