Baptiste Filium is currently the Director of Consulting & Services at CGI, where they manage client relationships, especially with EDF, while developing business opportunities in energy, agri-food, and health sectors. Previously, Baptiste worked as a Consultant in Change Management at Air France-KLM, contributing to significant digital transformation initiatives affecting over 80,000 collaborators. They have held various project management roles at Airbus and Pierre Fabre, guiding teams through substantial system migrations and change management processes. Baptiste earned a Master’s degree in Project Management from IUP Management et Gestion des Entreprises.
