Beatrice Todea is an experienced HR leader currently serving as the HR Lead/Senior HRBP for CGI’s Government & Justice Business Unit. Previously, at BJSS, Beatrice played a pivotal role in building the HR function during a period of rapid expansion, contributing to the company's recognition as a UK Top 50 Employer by Glassdoor. With a solid foundation as an HR Officer at DLA Design Group and a Group HR Administrator at Principal Hotel Company, Beatrice has consistently demonstrated a commitment to enhancing employee experience and driving engagement through innovative HR strategies. Beatrice holds a PgDip in Human Resources Management from The University of Huddersfield, where they achieved a distinction, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism Management, recognized as the Best Final Year Student.
